Just finished this…I have an affinity for prison memoirs….I’m conflicted on this one…it’s so far removed from my reality…has poetic moments but a tier below George Jackson and Eldridge Cleaver…when I was 13 I lived in the burbs and maybe bashed a few mailboxes out of boredom…definitely not driving around shooting people with a shotgun…like the Native American population black America’s been handed genocide and told its freedom…the biggest gang in the land ain’t from the hood…
